He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ — Luke 10:27
To extend the love the Christ through service opportunities whereby every disciple of MHBC is connected through the Family Plan and working in the Kingdom for God in service to others outside the traditional church.
To challenge the church to see and reach everyone through the eyes and hands of God and eradicate sexism, ageism, and discrimination of any kind in the Kingdom of God by pursuing justice and equal treatment of all, and to see that we each have a responsibility to do whatever we can to help those who cannot help themselves.
To connect every MHBC disciple with service groups that will provide them with opportunities to serve local area organizations that are alleviating the suffering of others. To provide a ministry that will help our congregation stay connected to one another through fellowship and study; and to build a more unified church through the ministry of congregational care.
