What is the date and time of the event?
Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Where will the festival be held?
Mount Hope Baptist Church, 6823 Harrison Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 (located in our field adjacent to the church).
Is the festival open to everyone?
Yes, Hope Fest is open to everyone regardless of your church affiliation, nationality or age demographic.
Is there an admission fee or is it free?
The event is free!
What activities and attractions will be available at the festival?
We will have free food, games, live music, moon bounce, face-painting, video game truck, table games, cornhole, tailgating, giveaways, and more.
Will there be live entertainment, such as music, dance, or performances?
Yes, we have a special guest comedian/host, Live DJ, Live Band and more!
Is there a rain date or a backup plan in case of inclement weather?
Yes, the rain date is September 16, 2023. Please stay connected on the website for updates.

Is parking available?
Yes, we will have plenty of parking, our welcome team will be ready to greet you and direct you to the parking spaces.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, we will have free food and drinks, we will also have several food vendors as well.
Is outside food allowed?
Yes, as long as it is for yourselves or family. Personal food items are not permitted to be shared outside of family.
Can I bring my pets to the festival?
Service Animals only.
Will there be safety protocols?
Yes, we will have the Spotsy Sheriff, Fire Department, and EMS.
Are there any restrictions on what I can bring to the festival?
No alcohol, no cannibus, and no smoking.
Will there be restroom facilities available at the festival?
Yes, we will have several Porta Potties available for your use that will also have hand washing station and hand sanitizer as well.
Can I volunteer to help at the festival? If so, how can I sign up?
There are no special requirements to volunteer. You can volunteer by visiting www.mthopeva.org/HopeFest2023/ and clicking the Volunteer button.
Is registration required?
Registration is not required but requested to get an accurate food estimate.
